We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.


We do not offer any exchange except when the product is faulty.  

Refunds & Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be compliant for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  • Products which is used
  • Products which are not in its original condition
  • Products which are damaged
  • Products with missing parts
  • or not due to our error. 
  • products returned after 30 days. 
  • sales items are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received. We will inspect it and confirm your approval or rejection by email.  If you are approved for a refund, we will use the original credit card details. 


If the product was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit note will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a product(s)  back valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
